Teresa 'Terry' Dominguez was a resident of Mexico City, trying to get by. One day she was kidnapped from her home. While a number of bad things could have happened, her fate was to come face to face with a mad scientist who had a few ideas about how to imbue someone with powers.

Somehow it worked. After being spliced with wolf dna to survive frigid tempratures that essence of a cryokinetic would come with, she somehow came out ahead before being rescued by RCPD.

Needless to say, she's more than happy to get in the way of future madman schemes. Never thought to add ice effects here, might so so down the road!
